An interactive course discovering what your “mode” is when you are in conflict. Find out what behaviours are attached to each mode and how to choose the best course of action in a given conflict situation in order to resolve it. Create an action plan for you and your team to implement in order to make your workplace conflict culture a healthy one. It includes an online questionnaire, individual reports and hand-outs. Coaching sessions of 1 or 2 hours are also available to support this training for an additional cost.
