Strategic Planning – Preparing for Tomorrow: Go Strategy

Strategic Planning – Preparing for Tomorrow: Go Strategy - 1560

A unique and highly impactful programme, participants in this course will be submerged into a real-world combined workshop and classroom programme to develop the skills required to effectively prepare for growth in changing climates. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, managers and directors will learn how to drive growth and develop winning strategies with an emphasis on tangible, practical content which can be immediately implemented into your organisation. The programme will address end-to-end strategic business planning life-cycle, providing an excellent overview of developing a strategic plan and the cohort will learn how to undertake strategic analysis, set objectives and KPI’s; then learn to implement corporate plans that encompass all business units. While applicable, we will also be covering the impacts of Brexit, how to assess markets outside of the EU and prepare for the potential impact of this major change.
