SME Future Leaders Programme: Leap Like A Salmon - 1533

This will be a high level development programme for the future leaders to engage in an intense three day course as an introductory and could build into other leadership and management training opportunities. It will encourage an independent and reflective approach to learning and development which will be sustained beyond the current activity. They will be encouraged to develop a critical awareness of their own and other's development needs and the concepts of reflective learning and managerial and professional development.
