This course provides an awareness of the various tools, techniques and methodologies that can be employed to help you identify and resolve process-related problems. From the simple process mapping methods through to cause and effect, Ishikawa, and other robust tools. You will explore the principles of Lean, Kanban, Kaizen and 5S and have the opportunity to use these in your business.

Please note, this course is also available to be delivered at employer premises.
