This course covers the intermediate elements, and: reviewing and tracking, using the thesaurus, entering text and other information accurately and efficiently, creating, using and modifying appropriate templates for different types of documents, combining and merging information within a document from a range of sources, storing and retrieving documents and associated files effectively, in line with local guidelines and conventions where available, selecting and using tools and techniques to work with multiple documents or users, and customising interface.
