Key Account Management - Maximise Opportunity: Pro-Development (UK) Ltd - 1403

This workshop provides an understanding of how to focus the effort to progress critical customer relationships, and in particular focus on the individual. Participants will identify key customers, define priority, and examine the client relationship process working through the Ladder of Loyalty. In addition, we also look at the influencing process, ways to communicate with and influence different personality types.
