This course will focus on self-awareness of their skills and abilities and will include some diagnostic and professional development support.Being clear about the core areas of innovation, how they can champion this as an interpreneur and develop key leadership skills.It will be knowledge led, with a lot of student directed work and collaborative working.What represents a good leader, understanding impact, and feedback on their current working will develop their self-awareness.
