Influencing and Negotiation: Leeds City College - 1150
For staff working in sales, management, customer service and across businesses, negotiating and influencing skills are a great tool to have. This course will help staff to understand what influencing means and recognise their sphere of influence. They will learn fundamental communication and interpersonal skills, how to read body language and tactics, bargaining and inventive solutions to enable them to negotiate effectively.
