For staff working in sales, management, customer service and across your business, negotiating and influencing skills are a great tool to have! This course will help staff to understand what influencing means and recognise their sphere of influence. They will learn fundamental communication & interpersonal skills, how to read body language and tactics, bargaining and inventive solutions to enable them to negotiate effectively.
