ILM Level 3 Certificate In Coaching Kirklees College - 045

Designed for those in their first management role, including team leaders and first line managers. It is ideal if you are seeking to develop the tools, knowledge and confidence to coach people as part of your normal working role. There are three mandatory units and one additional unit - 'Reflecting on workplace coaching skills'. You need to plan and carry out at least 36 hours of coaching (with supervision and support) to gain the necessary level of skill and experience. Support for learning is provided from one of our dedicated professional tutors and there is a wide variety of learning materials available. Units include:

  • Understanding good practice in workplace coaching
  • Understanding coaching in the workplace
  • Understanding an extended period of coaching in the workplace
  • Reflecting on workplace coaching skills
