The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is designed to equip line managers with the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to be effective in their roles and make a full contribution to implementing their organisation's business plans. Each of the units studied focus on a specific skill set within which the following areas will be covered:
