PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner 2017 training is responsive, specialised and focuses on the four integrated elements including; principles, themes, processes and tailoring to ensure that the methodology is applied to any project of size and complexity. This qualification is aimed at project managers, aspiring project managers or key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects and operational line managers. The Foundation exam is one hour closed book and has multiple choice questions. The practitioner examination is to assess the learners’ application of the project management methodology, this is 2.5 hours and is open book with multiple choice answers. The foundation is the prerequisite for the practitioner. An internationally recognised qualification.
