This BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice training course teaches trainees to be able to identify issues in systems, develop effective business strategies, and manage stakeholders. The content of this course includes information on how to analyse and model business activities, identify potential solutions, and analyse stakeholder perspectives. After completing this Business Analysis training course, it is expected that delegates will be able to use strategic analysis techniques, understand the techniques required to investigate the business systems of an organisation and identify recommendations for business improvement.

This three-day course can be taken as a one-off training course, or it could be completed as part of the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis. This is because this course is one of four modules that you are required to take if you wish to obtain the International Diploma. This course is particularly useful for those who want to develop their skills in applying Business Analysis strategy. The primary advantage of obtaining this prestigious qualification is that it allows certification holders to expand their career opportunities.

After completing this training course, it is expected that delegates will be able to:
