An interactive programme that teaches participants the essentials to successful website content creation. This course is suitable for anyone who produces or manages online content including copywriters, editors, web managers, marketers and PR/media professionals. The focus of this course is how to develop content to meet the needs of your web visitors by a) securing your brand communication b) persuade users to buy your products or enquire about your service. The course explains what content strategy is, processes and tools, creation and workflow and managing content. At the end of this programme participants will be able to:

- Prioritise and plan content around your organisationa goals

- use and recycle content efficiently

- prevent chaos or confusing content

- develop assessment, creation and publishing tools
